Jenna was recommended by a creative colleague we trusted. We already had a smart website that was more suited to visuals, or an artist, so it didn’t communicate what we needed to. Halcyon Designs encouraged us to research some sites that we felt illustrated how we wanted to speak to our audience. Rather than create a template of someone else’s site, which was not exactly right for us, Jenna created a unique framework for our business. Jenna consistently used her technical knowledge to achieve our creative vision and worked around technical restrictions. She is professional, straightforward and very easy to work with. We now have a website, which is simple, modern and clear, which is 100% what we wanted to achieve.

We were in need of a refresh so our shop window and portfolio was looking as best as possible. We had new work we wanted to publish but the way our website looked at the time didn’t do it justice. Our old website didn’t correlate to our brand aesthetic or show us off in the best light. Having seen Jenna’s previous work and after the consultation call we had, I knew she understood the goal aesthetic immediately, also adding her own technical ideas which I would never have thought about.

I love my website, I feel it makes my business look more professional and my brand more expensive. As my business was new, I needed an online presence but did not know how to get the right ‘image’. Having a very aesthetic product this was very important to me.
